• Device Information: Your device type, IP address, operating system, and other technical data.We do not collect real-time location data or payment information.2. How We Use Your InformationWe use your information to:
• Process and manage maintenance requests
• Communicate with residents and facility management teams
• Improve the performance and usability of the platform
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance our services3. Data Storage and SecurityYour data is securely stored using Supabase, our cloud database provider. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.4. Third-Party ServicesWe use the following third-party services:

• المعلومات الشخصية: مثل الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الوحدة أو الشقة، وأي تفاصيل اتصال أخرى يتم تقديمها أثناء التسجيل أو تقديم بلاغ صيانة.
• الوسائط: الصور ومقاطع الفيديو التي ترفقها مع طلبات الصيانة.
• بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات حول كيفية استخدامك للتطبيق، مثل عدد الزيارات والتنقل بين الصفحات، يتم جمعها عبر Google Analytics.
• معلومات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، عنوان IP، نظام التشغيل، وغيرها من البيانات التقنية.لا نقوم بجمع بيانات تحديد الموقع الجغرافي أو معلومات الدفع.2. كيفية استخدام المعلوماتنقوم باستخدام معلوماتك من أجل:
• معالجة وإدارة طلبات الصيانة
• التواصل بين السكان وفريق إدارة المرافق
• تحسين أداء وسهولة استخدام التطبيق
• تحليل بيانات الاستخدام لتطوير الخدمة3. تخزين وحماية البياناتيتم تخزين بياناتك بشكل آمن باستخدام Supabase، وهي مزود قاعدة البيانات لدينا. كما نقوم بتطبيق تدابير أمنية معقولة لحماية معلوماتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو التسريب.4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثةنستخدم الخدمات التالية من جهات خارجية:
• Google Analytics: لتحليل استخدام التطبيق وتحسين الأداء
• Supabase: لإدارة قاعدة البيانات وتوثيق المستخدمينقد يكون لهذه الخدمات وصول إلى بيانات مجهولة الهوية أو مجمّعة لأغراض تحليلية.5. حقوق المستخدمينيحق لك ما يلي:
• طلب الوصول إلى البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك
• طلب تعديل أو حذف معلوماتك الشخصية
